"The Young Pope" se verá en América Latina por Fox

La miniserie está protagonizada por Jude Law y dirigida por Paolo Sorrentino.

La señal confirmó el estreno para toda América Latina de The Young People, creada por Paolo Sorrentino, director de la película ganadora del Oscar a Film Extranjero, La gran belleza.

La miniserie, que ya cuenta con una segunda temporada confirmada, narra la historia del inicio del papado de Pío XIII, el primer Papa estadounidense y el más joven en la historia, interpretado acá por el británico Jude Law

Pío XIII —imprevisible y enérgico— debe establecer su nuevo papado y navegar el el campo minado de intrigas y disputas que es El Vaticano.

Compuesta por diez episodios de una hora, The Young Pope cuenta con un reparto integrado por Diane Keaton, Javier Cámara (Hable con ella, Truman), Silvio Orlando (El Caimán), Tony Bertorelli (La Pasión de Cristo), James Cromwell (American Horror Story: Asylum) y Scott Shepherd (Jason Bourne),. entre otros.

La miniserie se verá en América Latina en los próximos meses.
