La empresa adquirida será renombrada como LP Sementes Ltda.

La china Citic Agri Fund anunció este viernes que completó la adquisición del negocio de semillas de maíz de Dow en Brasil por US$ 1.100 millones. La empresa adquirida será renombrada como LP Sementes Ltda.

Ejecutivos del fondo y de su subsidiaria de semillas, Yuan LongPing High-tech Agriculture Co, realizaron una conferencia de prensa en Ribeirão Preto, en el estado brasileño de Sao Paulo, para discutir sus planes.
LongPing gestionará el negocio.
